We are rolling out a new process to make it easier for you to share cash balances with Teamshares. You can now connect the business bank accounts via a Plaid, a financial technology company, to allow Teamshares to view account balances. Once linked, data will be refreshed automatically.
If you successfully connect all of your company's accounts in this manner, you will no longer need to manually submit month-end cash balances via the Google form.
Connecting will enable the Ownership and Finance teams to better support you in the monthly cash distribution process. The data will also help the Financial Products team create a better onboarding experience to our upcoming business checking account offering.
Begin the process to connect at this link and follow the steps in this guide. The process is demonstrated in the video below as well. Connecting should not take more than 5-8 minutes of your time.
